No resolution to the Panama Canal Expansion issue
A family tragedy interrupted all motivation to write for several weeks, but I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. Will make an effort to be more consistent re: future posts. To date, the canal expansion issues are still in limbo. Negotiations broke down, but both sides are anticipating further dialogue in the near future.
